Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Service Policy – Factory Tints and Vinyl Wraps To provide every customer with top-tier service and to respect the value of our technicians' time, Factory Tints and Vinyl Wraps enforces the following deposit and service policies: Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule any window tint or vinyl wrap appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and is essential to secure your booking and reserve the time and materials specific to your job. Cancellation Policy Due to the mobile nature of our services and the preparation involved, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with at least 72 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a new appointment date (one-time courtesy). Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in a forfeited deposit. No refunds or transfers will be given. Final Sale Policy All services provided by Factory Tints and Vinyl Wraps are final sale. Due to the custom, labor-intensive, and on-site nature of our work: There are no refunds, exchanges, or exceptions once a service has been completed. It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate vehicle conditions, expectations, and any existing damage prior to service. Any issues must be brought to our attention before service is complete. After we leave the service location, the job is considered closed. Additional Terms We reserve the right to refuse service if the working conditions (location, safety, vehicle condition, etc.) are not suitable, which may also result in deposit forfeiture. In the event of a reschedule request, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability, but cannot guarantee immediate openings. By booking with Factory Tints and Vinyl Wraps, you agree to these terms.
